One of the best in Houston. Has a great atmosphere, wonderful coffee, and delicious crepes! I’ve had a few of the crepes here and each time they surprise me with the outstanding flavor and textures! Also, the breakfast tacos are very tasty!

This is an quaint coffee place setup in a rustic environment. The Cortados served was good if not best. The service is good that makes it complete. One can work, meet and chill while sipping coffee in the out door area .

Hidden gem in Houston!!! Great vibes, friendly staff, and some of the best coffee I’ve had in the city. The espresso was smooth, and the crepes were fresh and delicious. Loved the historic gas station setting — it adds so much character. Perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done. Can’t wait to visit again!

The Americano was hot and tasty and the crepe was very good and so big my wife and I had to share it lol. The stafe was very helpful and welcoming. The historic building was and old gas station. Pretty cool place. Id frequent if I lived near by

I’ve been going to Retrospect for YEARS! The quality of food, service, and vibes has never change. And the swamp water will forever be my longstanding favorite! But you can bring back the teacher discounts?

I came here in the beginning of August, and the coffee was delicious! (I was told the taco was good too.) The service was quick and easy, very cute location. Right next to houston community college so perfect for before, in between, and after class.

My favorite Houston coffee shop by far! Parking is plentiful, service is quick and courteous, and the drinks are tasty. The espresso itself is very good, and they have a variety of seasonal drinks if you want something sweet. There are fans and fountains in the covered area in the back to keep cool in the summer as well as heaters in the winter. There are ample tables and extension cords in the back if you want to study. The vibe is always great! I come at least once a week.

This is a great place to hangout when the weather is good - it's pretty much all outdoors and has a very laid-back vibe. It's also a big space to get together and has plenty of parking, so it's also good for groups. They also make excellent crepes, which is something you don't see at a lot of coffee places. I do note, though, that when they're busy, service can be a little slow. It's a small team putting the orders together, so embrace the laid-back vibe.

Absolutely loved this sweet little place!! We were in town and just lucked up on it. Cute little old gas station repurposed as an adorable little coffee shop! Great coffee and food and dog friendly! The atmosphere is just perfect. Every neighborhood needs one like this! I wish I couldn’t given more than 5 stars!

In love with this place! The iced strawberry white chocolate latte is my favorite coffee drink I have ever had. I keep coming back because since I had it, it’s the only coffee drink I crave. I love the fact it’s in a historic building, I feel like they’ve honored its history so well. The outdoor area is covered and cool/warm depending on the season. Parking is super easy. Cannot wait to see what other seasonal drinks they come up with!
